My name is Nathan Brown. I’ve been a professional artist for a little over two decades now, but I’ve been creating art since I was a kid. It’s a lifelong love and passion for me, and it’s a subject that I love to teach.
I’ve created this course for anyone who wants to learn digital watercolor using traditional techniques on the iPad in Procreate. We’ll start from scratch and cover the basics all the way through to more advanced topics. So whether you’re brand new to digital painting, or you have some experience with the medium, this course has something for you. I’ll be sharing my thoughts and techniques for finding the right artistic mindset, how to sketch for watercolor, how to plan and compose, how to choose the right brush, and all of the tricks and techniques that I use to achieve realism in digital watercolor.

Wow, wow, wow! What a fantastic course is this one. First, I doubted if I should buy it, because there is already so much on YouTube and I followed lot of other courses.
But this is the course that makes everything else for me. I have never worked with real wotorcolor and it is such a great start of the course to explain how real watercolor paint works.
It is all explained so well and clear and Nathan is such a kind person. If you’re doubting to buy it, just like me: stop! Just buy it!

I am an absolute novice on Procreate but very proficient in Photoshop. Would these techniques readily transfer to Photoshop? I realize the brushes are only compatible with Procreate, but I already have Nathan’s Ultimate Brush Toolbox so I could use substitute brushes. I was also wondering if the new course products would also fall under the 50% off if you purchase 5 or more products. Thanks!

Thanks for getting in touch and rest assured I can certainly answer your question now. Whilst Nathan is working in Procreate, you can absolutely transfer these techniques into other software using brushes from the Ultimate Brush Toolbox.
